Do you have ESP??? Join us for our July 12th Night Relief Society Meeting and get a good dose of Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical well-being.
We will hold our night of ESP at the home of Susan Robertson. Dinner will start at 6:30. We are asking all sisters to bring a side dish. The RS food committee will provide the main BBQ. Side dishes may include salads of any kind, baked beans, fruit cut up or in a salad, veggie tray, etc.
Throughout the evening we will hear advice and thoughts on personal well-being: Nutrition tips - from Anna Williams
Physical fitness - advice from Kelli Yates
Emotional and Spiritual well-being - remarks from Lisa Bird
After dinner there will be water aerobics (yes, you read correctly)for those brave enough to put on a swimsuit!! (you can wear shorts too) This will be taught by Shirl Thomas. Shirl teaches water aerobics at the base so we'll be in good hands.
For those with a tamer activity in mind we will have horseshoes, croquet, and badmitten. If that makes you tired just thinking about it, relax, visit, and enjoy watching everyone else!
We will wrap up the evening with fruit smoothies! We encourage you to bring your friends and neighbors...all are welcome.
Because we will be meeting at the Robertson home, a nursery will NOT be provided. Sorry. We hope you will have enough time to arrange for your own babysitting.
